I was recently contacted by Bill over at Inform Magazine asking if I’d contribute to the Design Dialogue feature where local designers weigh in on a series of questions related to their craft. This particular Design Dialogue focused mostly on web design.

Along with Copeland Casati, we offered insight on making information relevant to both intended and unintended audiences, what the relationship between data points and information means to a site’s design, and more. Pick up a copy, or maybe back order one. This post is pretty overdue, so there’s probably a new issue out. My bad.

The 903 Logo Gets Around

The 903 Logo has been included in a couple of blog posts lately that focus on how logo designers brand themselves.

I really think that designing for yourself is one of the toughest things any serious designer can do, and there’s obviously added pressure when working on your own brand. So I always find it interesting to see how other designers solve this creative problem.
